Delete your account

You can delete your Health Score account and the data associated with it at any time.

In the app

1. Open Profile (top of the Home screen).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By e-mail

Write to privacy@health-score.app from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

What happens

• Your account enters a 30-day grace period. Earning stops immediately; you can cancel the deletion in the app during this period by signing in.
• After 30 days, your health data, scores, streak, devices and sessions are deleted and the account record is anonymised. Any remaining credits are forfeited and active coupons are cancelled.
• Records of past credits and redemptions are kept, without personal data, for accounting.
