A metric says "not available on your setup"
No source on your phone has recorded that data type yet. Watches and apps that write to Apple Health or Health Connect make it available automatically. Phones without a wearable contribute steps only.
My watch is not in Health Connect
Some brands do not write to Health Connect. A bridge app from the Play Store can copy the data; only data recorded by your devices counts, not manual entries.
How is the score calculated?
Four metrics (workout, steps, sleep, resting heart rate), each scored against daily targets, averaged over your best recent days, plus a consistency bonus. The breakdown is on the Home screen.
